  • We will confirm deletion within 30 days

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

  • Active accounts - Data retained while your subscription is active
  • Cancelled accounts - Data deleted immediately upon account cancellation
  • Payment records - Billing data retained for tax and legal requirements (typically 7 years)
  • Security logs - Technical logs retained for security purposes (typically 90 days)
  • Legal holds - Data may be retained longer if required by law

9. International Data Transfers

Our service is based in the United States. If you use our service from outside the US:
