3. Account Registration and Subscription

3.1 Account Creation: You may create an account using email/password or Facebook OAuth. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

3.2 Subscription Required: SocialEdge AI is a paid service requiring an active subscription ($19.99/month). Access to core features requires payment.

3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3.4 Facebook Authorization: You must authorize SocialEdge AI to access and manage your Facebook page(s). You can revoke this access at any time through Facebook's settings.

4. Payment Terms and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans: Our service offers two subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month, billed monthly
• Yearly Plan: $199.99 per year, billed annually (equivalent to $16.67/month - save $39.89 annually)

4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

4.3 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each billing period (monthly or yearly based on your selected plan) unless cancelled.

4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will delete your account and all associated data permanently.

4.5 No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

4.6 Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Facebook Integration and Third-Party Services

5.1 Facebook Platform: Our Service integrates with Facebook's platform. You must comply with:

• Facebook Community Standards
• Facebook Page policies
• All applicable Facebook platform policies

5.2 Page Management: You grant SocialEdge AI permission to create, schedule, and publish content on your connected Facebook page(s).

6. Acceptable Use and Content Policy

6.1 Prohibited Content: You may not use our Service to create, store, or distribute:

• Illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Adult content or content harmful to minors

7.3 Generated Content: AI-generated content is provided to you for your use. We do not claim ownership of posts created for your Facebook page.

• Content posted to your Facebook page(s)
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your violation of Facebook's terms or policies

12. Termination

12.1 Your Rights: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12.2 Our Rights: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Violation of Facebook's policies
• Illegal or harmful activity

12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access ends immediately and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
